Ba Duan Jin, also known as Eight Noble Exercises, is a traditional Chinese qigong exercise for health and fitness dating back to the Song Dynasty (960–1279). Ba Duan Jin is a jewel of Chinese health and fitness culture and includes light movements that have an impressive impact on health.
